FAQ
- Shipping is free and included in the price of the item.
- Each item is for one curtain. You may want to order two curtains to have full window/door/etc. coverage.
- All curtains are custom made. Exact measurements may be off slightly due to manufacturing process.
- Our high quality silk like curtains contain eco-friendly materials such as: Ramie, Linen, Brocade Wool and Viscose Fiber.
- Most orders arrive in a few weeks to one month from the time the order is placed. Given each order is custom made, we need time to inspire the curtain into existence and ship. The wait will be worth it! :)
- Curtain rods are not included. We do not sell curtain rods.
- Curtain ring hooks are included as are back height adjusters (see gallery page for example). The height adjusters allow for approximately 3 inches of travel up or down so that you can get the perfect height fit!
- Each curtain comes with a belt loop holder (see gallery page for example)
- No refunds / all sales final due to customization.
